This time of year always makes me reflect on how fast the year has gone and how much my kids have grown. It also is a time to step back and look at what we have accomplished and where we want to go. As a company getting back to the basics is always a good starting point. Two simple words can accomplish so much, Please and Thank you. Starting a sentence with Please is a good way to accomplish something through others and ending it with Thank You demonstrates your appreciation. Showing others appreciation and basic kindness are a simple way to create an environment of respect for people you work with and our guests. So please use these two simple words and thank you for another great year.
